Account and privacy requests

Signed-in account controls are the primary way to review or correct profile information, download your data, and delete your account. If you cannot sign in, email from the address associated with your account when possible.

Sibyl may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before changing, disclosing, exporting, or deleting private information. Sibyl will never ask for your password or a full payment-card number.

Response expectations

Support email is checked daily. Privacy, deletion, billing, copyright, and security requests receive priority. Legally time-sensitive requests are handled within the deadlines that apply to the request.

A first reply may ask for clarification or verification rather than resolving the request immediately. Keep the message thread so Sibyl can follow the request from receipt through completion.
