Refunds and Subscriptions

Sibyl Supporter is Sibyl's single recurring supporter membership for U.S. customers at $5.99 USD per month plus applicable tax. Stripe confirms a U.S. address and shows the price and billing interval before payment. The membership renews monthly until canceled. Free Sibyl discovery remains available internationally.

Use Manage billing in Account to open Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Benefits remain available through that period.

If you cannot access your account or the billing portal, email support@sibylbooks.com before the next renewal when possible. Sibyl may verify account ownership before changing a subscription.

Membership charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Not using the membership benefits during a paid period does not by itself create a refund.

Sibyl may issue a refund or correction for a duplicate, incorrect, or otherwise erroneous charge and will provide any refund, cancellation right, cooling-off right, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Email support@sibylbooks.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Include a Stripe receipt or invoice number if one is available.

Never send a full card number, password, Stripe secret, or authentication link. Sibyl may request non-sensitive information needed to identify the account and charge.

If a renewal payment fails, Sibyl Supporter benefits remain available while Stripe is still trying to recover the payment. Sibyl does not run a separate grace-period timer.

Benefits end when Stripe reports that the subscription is canceled, unpaid, expired, or otherwise no longer eligible. Stripe may ask you to update the payment method during its recovery process.

Sibyl or Stripe provides receipts, cancellation confirmations, renewal reminders, and material price-change notices when required by the law that applies to the subscription.

If a price changes, the notice will explain the new amount and when it takes effect. Any additional agreement required by law will be requested before the new charge.

Books purchased through external Research or Buy links are transactions with the seller, not Sibyl. The seller's shipping, cancellation, return, and refund terms apply.

Contact the seller directly about an external book order. Sibyl can review an incorrect or broken link but cannot issue a refund for another seller's transaction.

Material changes to this policy will be posted with a new effective date and communicated when appropriate. A change will not remove a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applicable law requires.
